How to Import Configuration in HxGN EAM

  1. Navigate to Configuration Manager – Import Screen on your Hexagon EAM Cloud instance:
    Go to Administration > System Configuration > Configuration Manager – Import.
  2. Select Import Configuration File:
    Click Browse and select the downloaded configuration file (for example, UserDefinedGrids_from_SE1_270226_200246741.EAMCONF).
  3. View File Contents:
    Click View File Contents to review the contents of the file.
  4. Start Import Process:
    Click Import to begin the import process.
  5. Administration - Security - User Setup:
    Select Connector, set default Department and Organization for the user.

How to start EAM Light

  1. Open the system default browser:
    Edge on Windows, Safari on Mac, iPad and iPhone, Chrome on Android and Chromebook.
